A few things about me:

  • One of the things I’m most interested in is the connection between happiness and overall wellness. I believe that prioritizing self care plays a big part in managing stress and living your best life.

  • I believe that making positive changes, even small ones, can make a huge impact on quality of life and am excited to help people get started.

  • My dog, Panda, is one of my biggest blessings.

  • This page was started in 2020 as a part of my high school senior project.

  • I’m hoping to create a space where people can find workouts to start their fitness journey and inspiration for staying strong.
